Rental Information and Opportunities
Our new containR location in Inglewood is now available for rentals!
We welcome applications from ensembles, artists, emerging artists, non-profit organizations, and corporate events.
Our season runs from mid-June to the end of August. Dates outside of these may be possible depending on the event and capacity of Springboard.
For the best shot at your preferred dates submit by the end of March.
Looking for a venue during Stampede?! containR is available!
Our space offers the perfect opportunity to host branded activations, pop-up shows, artist showcases, or private parties during one of the city’s busiest and most exciting weeks. Located close to the action, but outside the crowds of the main grounds, the space provides a flexible and intimate setting for companies, promoters, and artists looking to create their own Stampede experience.

Site Features:
- Performance Stage: 16ft deep × 20ft wide, and specially fabricated with a sprung floor – ideal for live music, theatre, dance, and presentations.
- Shade Structure: Rolling awning that can be adjusted to provide shade or protection from inclement weather.
- Beer Garden: Features artificial turf.
- Sound Equipment: Please find technical details and specifications here.
- Lighting: String lighting hung throughout the site.
- Bar Service: The on-site bar is stocked with Annex products, including ciders and coolers – service is staffed by 1–2 bartenders provided by Springboard.
- Concession: Water, soda, chips, and bagged snacks available for purchase.
The site features a maximum capacity of approximately 175 – including performers and staff, and includes amenities such as power, wifi, and portable toilets.
Front-of-House Support:
Our team can assist with the front-of-house logistics to help your event run smoothly, including:
- - Showpass ticketing setup
- - Ticket sales reporting and updates
- - Front-of-house staffing provided by Springboard
*If preferred, renters can also manage their own ticketing.
Furniture Setup:
The site includes a variety of equipment to help you customize your event, including:
- - Up to 150 chairs
- - A variety of tables
- - Tents available for vendors or market booths
